Farewell to Shdema

We said goodbye to Shdema who is heading back to Israel for her next adventure. Shdema has been heading a project to understand enhancer dysregulation in cancer and we wish her all the best for her new adventure. We celebrated Shdema by cooking a spring meal together at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.

Thanks to Domenic for teaching the summer build-a-fluorescence-microscope bootcamp again this year, covering both the theory of optics and microscopy and guiding everyone through building their own fluorescence microscope.

Welcome Angelina

We are thrilled to welcome Angelina Schorr to the lab, who joins us from Brown University and who will be working with us this summer as part of MIT's Summer Research Program (MSRP).

Angelina will be working with Sarah on understanding bidirectional promoters.
